Shipping and Returns


Effective April 10, 2015 we will NOT be shipping chocolate products due to the warm weather and melting. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What are your shipping rates?

Adcock Pecans offers a flat shipping rate of $12.25. This is the amount that our customers pay no matter how big or how small their orders are. However, the shipping amount given at the end of check-out includes our $12.25 shipping rate PLUS our mandatory 10% handling fee.

How long until my package is delivered?

Our entire order process takes approximately 1-3 business days depending on the items ordered and the time of year. After processing, orders usually take within 2-7 days to ship from our store to our customers’ locations.

Why does the process take so long?

Big companies have big warehouses with lots of employees enabling them to ship items quickly. Adcock Pecans is a small family run shop and our dedication to offering quality products at reasonable prices is the driving force behind order times. Also, the stock on our website is an indication of items available in both our physical stock and supplier stock. Occasionally items may actually be on back order or discontinued without notice. However, we do our best to get our customers’ packages to them in a timely fashion.

How are your packages delivered?

Currently, we use the United Parcel Service of America (UPS) to ship orders from our location to accepted parts of the United States. We only ship to the 48 continental states.

What if my shipment is lost?

If your shipment is lost in transit, you may apply for a refund or reorder. Please notify us of your concern and we will contact the delivery service to track your package.

What if the package is damaged in transit?

If your package should become damaged in transit on its way to you, you can return the package in the condition that it arrived to you. If your entire package is damaged you may refuse the package and it will be returned to us. Any returns or refusals should be given a minimum of 5 business days for delivery and processing.

Can you ship to Canada?

No, we do not ship to Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.

Can you ship to APO's?

No, we only ship to valid physical addresses. We do not accept APO addresses.

Do you send international orders?

Currently, we ship only within the continental 48 United States.

Refunds and Returns

How do I return products?

Please call or email us with all refund concerns so that we may do our best to satisfy all parties involved.

How long does it take to get a refund?

If your order needs to be changed or canceled, we can usually refund charges to your credit card provider within 72 hours. Actual posting to your credit card is dependent on your credit card providers processing times. Refunds for checks and money orders take a short while longer depending on mail delivery times.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once a product has shipped. Buyer is responsible for shipping back the product if order has already shipped prior to a refund being issued.
